Delivery cost
Standard orders are sent by First Class mail (small packet rate), and are subject to a fixed postage & packing charge of £4.75 (or £5.25 with tracking). First Class mail generally takes 1-2 days to arrive. Postage is free, if you spend over £50.
An order can be delivered to a UPS access point (instead of your home address) if preferred, at a shipping cost from £5.99. This can be selected at the checkout, and takes a few days longer. Find your nearest access point here. Alternatively, an order can be collected from our office at Sutton (South London) or at Epsom, Surrey.
Delivery times
We will endeavour to ship your order within 24 hours (Mon-Fri, excl. holidays) by First Class post, for mainland UK addresses. If you order before 3pm, we will usually ship your order the same day, and we will always send you an email to let you know when it's on its way. Call us or email us if you do not receive your order, but remember that Royal Mail is not infallible, so please be patient if your order takes slightly longer than expected. If you were out when delivery was attempted, please check with the delivery office or your neighbours.
Please note that our products are available for delivery to a UK address only, and any overseas orders will be cancelled for this reason.
Returns
All unwanted items must be returned in as new condition with bottles unopened and all original packaging and labels intact. Underwear and toys which have been used, worn, tried on or washed cannot be returned. We cannot be held responsible for returns that are lost in transit, as they are the sole responsibility of the customer, so tracked postage is recommended. More details
Packaging & Confidentiality
All orders are sent in discreet plain mailing envelopes or boxes with your name and address on a label affixed to the front. Our company name and and logo DO NOT appear on the outside of the package, only our return address. We retain your address information for use in relation to your order only; it will not be used for other purposes or disclosed to any third party.
