Order cancellation
The moment you enter your card details and press 'Pay', you are charged immediately for your entire order as well as any postage charges. For this reason, please make sure you want the items and, for clothing items, have ordered the correct item or size/colour before pressing this button.
When you order over the phone or online you have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 working days of receipt of the goods. To cancel an order after receipt, see the returns procedure below. It is imperative that any returned clothing items are unworn, unwashed, have not been tried on, and are in their original packing.
Delivery times
We will endeavour to ship your order within 24 hours (Mon-Fri, excl. holidays) by First Class post, for mainland UK addresses. We do not ship overseas. If you order before 3pm, we may be able to ship your order the same day.
Returns
Goods may be returned for refund or exchange in accordance with the Consumer Contracts regulations. These regulations require that that you return any items within 14 days, and that they are in the same condition as supplied, that is (in the case of underwear and adult toys) that the goods have NOT been worn, used, tried on, or washed and are in their original packing. Returned bottles must be unopened. Please note that we may reduce any refund by an appropriate amount up to the full value, where the goods are damaged, or we consider that they have been used more than absolutely necessary to verify that they were fit for purpose. In order to check the sizing of any clothing, we suggest that you open the packet with care, and hold the product against you without trying it on (even over other clothing).
Indemnity
Poppers Plus makes no warranty, expressed or implied, as to the safety of any of our products. All of our products are sold as novelty items only. Furthermore, we accept no responsibility for injuries sustained while using our products and the purchaser assumes all risk and liability of use. Our products are aromas or room odourisers only and are not intended for direct inhalation. The products can also be used for the treatment of leather products, and their use is as a leather cleaner only, or to give rooms and spaces a pleasant aroma.
All our poppers style aromas are UK legal Alkyl Nitrites sold in child proof and tamper evident bottles, and are sold to persons over 18 years of age only.
